Pre-order/Subscription Boxes:
If you have placed an order for a pre-order box, please note that these boxes are shipped on specific dates throughout the year. You can expect your pre-order box to be shipped on the following dates: February 1st, April 1st, June 1st, August 1st, October 1st, and December 1st.
Rest assured, we will dispatch your pre-order box on the nearest upcoming shipping date.
Items from our Bookish Shop:
We understand your excitement to receive your chosen items. For products from our bookish shop, we strive to process and ship your order within 3-7 working days.
We do not work weekends. This means no orders will be packed or shipped during the weekend.
Our dedicated team works diligently to ensure that your order is prepared and ready for shipment as quickly as possible but sometimes life gets in the way and it might be a little delayed.
Blind Dates with a New/Used Book:
If you've selected a blind date with a new or used book, we want to create a delightful surprise for you. Please allow for a processing time of 5-10 working days before your order is shipped. During this time, we carefully curate and prepare your blind date book, ensuring that it matches your preferences.
All orders are shipped with tracking. This means you can easily track the progress of your shipment and stay informed about its estimated delivery date.

Bookish Night In is a small, independent business working from a small space inside our family home. We have dogs, we have cats, we have a kid, we have straitjackets.
If you have an allergy to any of these things, please think twice before ordering. We cannot guarantee there will be no contamination from our brood.
We try our very best to get all parcels shipped ASAP & wrap items as best we can, but please understand once they have are in the hands of the courier, everything is out of our hands. We have no control over where your parcel ends up or in what condition it gets to you in.
This is the reason we only send via tracked shipping and pay extra for insurance, so you can see where your order is and contact the courier if any problems arise.
